WinterWonderGrass is taking over Steamboat this weekend!
One of the best music events of the year is right around the corner, as WinterWonderGrass Festival hits Steamboat Springs February 23 through 25. This unique event hits one of the most popular ski towns smack dab in the middle of ski season, providing the ultimate combination of ski bum & blue grass vibes. Here are the reasons you shouldn't miss out on this fantastic annual event:

The Biggest Names in BlueGrass

This year’s festival headliners include the biggest names in the bluegrass scene, including: Greensky Bluegrass, Elephant Revival, Leftover Salmon, and Yonder Mountain String Band.
With so many top notch artists you can also count on catching many amazing collaborations. When so many talented bands get together you're bound to see a lot of crossover and guest appearances!

Steamboat Springs Venue

Colorado is known for its phenomenal concert venues. There's just nothing like taking in that amazing music with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. And at WinterWonderGrass you'll get the best of both worlds as you ski one of the premier mountains during the day and jam to the best in bluegrass the rest of the night. Steamboat Springs is one of the finest ski towns in Colorado and whether you're looking for good food, brews or things to do, chances are you'll find it.

Elephant Revival's Last Go

The Nederland-based group head-lining WinterWonderGrass has announced it will be taking a hiatus after the festival and a subsequent Red Rocks appearance. This is truly unfortunate as this staple in the bluegrass scene may be on its last few stops. We certainly hope the band can work things out, but if not, you certainly don’t want to miss seeing them one last time!
